This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the grape variety Primitivo. Without question, the 12 advantage pack is also determined by climate and viticultural style Brindisi DOC. This Italian can literally be described as an Old World wine that is exceptionally fragrant. When perfectly ripe, the grapes for the 12 advantage pack are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
