In Veneto, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the powerful Guglielmi di Jago 20 Anni Amarone della Valpolicella is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.
