With the winery Heinrich Vollmer 50 HL Cabernet Sauvignon comes a first-class red wine in the glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully bright, crimson color. Tilting the glass slightly, a transition of the wine color towards garnet red can be seen at the edges of this barrel-aged wine. This single varietal German wine shows wonderfully expressive notes of plums, blackberries, morello cherries and plums in the glass. These are joined by hints of black tea, cinnamon and dark chocolate.
On the palate, the 50 HL Cabernet Sauvignon from Weingut Heinrich Vollmer starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. There is dry and really dry. This red wine belongs to the latter group, as it was vinified with only 1.2 grams of residual sugar. Balanced and complex, this dense red wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the 50 HL Cabernet Sauvignon reveals itself to be fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this matured from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of plum and mulberry show through.

The balanced 50 HL Cabernet Sauvignon from Germany is a single varietal wine, pressed from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the elegant 50 HL Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for a few more months in French oak barrels. Once the wine is finished, the 50 HL Cabernet Sauvignon is gently harmonized.
