If you give it a little air by swirling, you can perceive a perfect balance in this sparkling wine, as it is neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. This wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Vinification of the CVCB 6er Vorteilspaket
The balanced 6er Vorteilspaket from Italy is a cuvée made from the Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. The base wines are then fermented.
