Vinification of the Acolon red wine mild organic from Winery Studier
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Acolon. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Weingut Studier. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. After manual harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Acolon red wine mild organic is aged for another 12 months in oak barriques.

This German red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to veal and onion casserole, arugula penne or spicy curry with lamb.
