This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the Fiano grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Campania. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and volcanic rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Aipierti Fiano Di Avellino can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
