Vinification of the Bodegas Fillaboa Albariño

The basis for the balanced Albariño from Galicia are grapes from the grape variety Albariño. The grapes for this white wine from Spain, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand . After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This white wine from Spain is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to fruity endive salad, stir-fried vegetables with fish or asparagus salad with quinoa.
