Vinification of Albina Passito by Menti

This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Garganega. Only premium grape material was harvested for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Menti. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of volcanic rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the pressing house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in concrete and large wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the elegant Albina Passito is aged for another 12 months in oak barrels.
