Alliance Blanc - Domaine Lalaurie

The light-footed Alliance Blanc from Domaine Lalaurie glides into the glass with brilliant light yellow. To the nose, this Domaine Lalaurie white wine shows all sorts of lemons, acacia, pineapple and jasmine. As if that were not already impressive, further aromas such as blackcurrant are added by the expansion in stainless steel.

On the palate, the Alliance Blanc from Domaine Lalaurie starts pleasantly aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Light on its feet and multi-faceted, this fleshy, silky and dense white wine presents itself on the palate. On the finish, this wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region finally delights with beautiful length. Once again, hints of jasmine and lemon appear. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the limestone and clay dominated soils join.

Vinification of Domaine Lalaurie Alliance Blanc

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Alliance Blanc from Domaine Lalaurie are Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. In Languedoc-Roussillon, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Alliance Blanc can further harmonize for several months on the fine lees.

Recommendation for Domaine Lalaurie Alliance Blanc

This French wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to vegetable stew with pesto, potato pan with salmon or fruity endive salad.
