Vinification of Pianbello Altalanga Pas Dosé Orme
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Pinot Noir. Only the best grapes were brought in for this exceptionally balanced varietal wine from Pianbello. In Piedmont, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and limestone. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. The fermentation of the base wines follows. After the assemblage of the cuvée follows further aging based on the Méthode Traditionelle. Subsequently, the Pianbello Altalanga Pas Dosé Orme matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.

This sparkling wine from Italy should best be enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to asparagus salad with quinoa, vegetable salad with beetroot or wok vegetables with fish.
