The Amarone della Valpolicella Campo Leòn DOCG from Latium Morini has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections in the glass. This Amarone unfolds its intense bouquet with aromas of ripe red berries and cherries. These notes are supported by the aromas of violets, vanilla and a hint of liquorice and pepper.

The grapes for this wine, made from the Corvina, Rondinella, Croatina and Oselleta grape varieties, were harvested by hand and dried for 100-120 days. The grapes were then destemmed and pressed, followed by cold maceration and fermentation with agitation of the skins.
This cuvée was matured in 220 and 500 liter barrels made from American and French oak for around 30 months. The Amarone della Valpolicella Campo Leòn also matured for 8-10 months in the bottle.
