More information
If you tilt the glass slightly, you can see a transition in color towards garnet red at the edges. If you give it a little air in the glass by swirling, this red wine reveals a high density and fullness, which can be seen in the stained glass windows at the edge of the glass. The nose of this Bolla red wine reveals all kinds of plums, morello cherries, prunes and black cherries. As if that wasn't already impressive, other aromas such as oriental spices, vanilla and black tea are added.
The Bolla Amarone della Valpolicella Classico impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the top wine segment, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this powerful red wine is characterized by an incredibly silky and dense texture. On the finish, this mature red wine from the Veneto wine-growing region impresses with its remarkable length. There are again hints of black cherry and plum.
