Vinification of the Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Jeroboam
This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Croatina, Corvina, Oseleta and Rondinella grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for 42 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
