When swirling the wine glass, this Fortified Wine reveals a high viscosity, which is evident in strong church windows at the edge of the glass. The bouquet Fortified Wine from Andalusia seduces with aromas of dried apricot and raisins. If we trace the aromatics further, cloves and cinnamon are added.
