The balanced Angelo Borrani Governo All'Uso Toscano from Italy is a cuvée made from the Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Sangiovese grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation for 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
