The basis for the elegant Anna de Codorníu Blanc de Blancs Reserva Brut from Catalonia are grapes from the Chardonnay variety. Following the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the composition of the final cava follows further aging based on the Méthode Traditionelle, classic bottle fermentation. This is followed by bottle aging for 15 months.
