In the glass, Mola's Ansonica Elba Ansora presents a bright pale yellow color. This Italian cuvée flatters in the glass wonderfully expressive notes of lemon, apple, pear and peach. In addition, hints of beeswax, minerals and broom.
On the palate, the Ansonica Elba Ansora of Mola starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine presents wonderfully crisp. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Tuscany finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of acacia appear.
Vinification of Mola Ansonica Elba Ansora
The balanced Ansonica Elba Ansora from Italy is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Vermentino, Inzolia, Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Ansonica Elba Ansora can harmonize further for a few months on the fine lees.
