The balanced Antares Merlot Central Valley from Chile is a single varietal wine made from the Merlot grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Antares Merlot Central Valley can continue to harmonize for 5 months on the fine lees.
