Vinification of the Páramo Arroyo Crianza Ribera Del Duero D.O.
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Tempranillo. For this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Páramo Arroyo, only impeccable grapes were harvested. After the grape harvest, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the powerful Arroyo Crianza Ribera Del Duero D.O. is aged for several more months in oak barrels. Once the wine is finished, the Arroyo Crianza Ribera Del Duero D.O. is gently harmonized.
