More information about Art de Vivre Languedoc Rouge - Gerard Bertrand

The powerful Art de Vivre Languedoc Rouge from Gerard Bertrand enters the glass with a dense purple color. At the edges, this French red also shows a transition into garnet red. The first nose of Art de Vivre Languedoc Rouge shows notes of morello cherry, black cherry and mulberry. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as oriental spices, dark chocolate and gingerbread spice.

On the palate, Gerard Bertrand's Art de Vivre Languedoc Rouge starts wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. The finale of this good aging red wine from the wine region of the Languedoc finally thrilled with beautiful reverberation.

Vinification of the Art de Vivre Languedoc Rouge by Gerard Bertrand

This powerful red wine from France is made from the grape varieties Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in French oak barrels.
