The basis for the powerful As Sortes from Galicia are grapes from the grape variety Godello. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the As Sortes is aged for several months in oak barriques.

This Spanish wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to coconut-lime fish curry, stir-fried vegetables with fish or roasted trout with ginger pear.
