This sparkling wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Glera. Only the best grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Cantina Montelliana. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. The base wines are then fermented.
