Der Aufwind Cabernet Merlot Rosé von Thomas Hensel erstrahlt in einem satten tief himbeerfarbenen Rot. An der Nase finden sich intensive Aromen von Erdbeeren und Himbeeren, welche von einer zarten Kräuterwürze untermalt werden. Am Gaumen zeigen sich saftige rote Waldfrüchte. Die Säure ist spritzig und ergänzt den kräftigen Körper hervorragend. Der ideale Sommerwein für ein Picknick. Man kann ihn pur genießen, ebenso passt er zu Grillgerichten und sommerlicher Antipasti.
