The Aufwind Sauvignon Blanc from Thomas Hensel shines light yellow with greenish reflections. Already in the nose wonderfully fragrant of cassis and exotic aromas such as passion fruit. Lush cassis notes, full-fruited passion fruit and fine citrus unfold on the palate. Racy acidity and light minerality complete the delight. A very aromatic and balanced Sauvignon Blanc, which does not have to fear comparison with wines from New Zealand.
