With the Bodega Torre Oria Aviva Pink Gold comes a wonderful sparkling wine in the glass. In this it offers a wonderfully brilliant platinum yellow color. In the middle, the tone transitions to a beautiful color. Ideally poured into a sparkling wine glass, this Old World sparkling wine reveals delightfully youthful aromas of orange, pomelo, grapefruit and physalis, rounded out by other fruity nuances.

On the palate, the texture of this light-bodied sparkling wine is wonderfully light.

Vinification of the Aviva Pink Gold from Bodega Torre Oria

This elegant sparkling wine from Spain is cuvéed from the grape varieties Airén and Muscat. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery in the fastest way. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. 

Food recommendation for Bodega Torre Oria Aviva Pink Gold

This Spanish wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect to accompany stir-fried vegetables with fish, cod with cucumber-mustard vegetables or potato pan with salmon.
