The powerful Baltasar Gracián Garnacha El Politico from Spain is a single-varietal wine made from the Garnacha grape variety. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on slate soils in Aragon. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
