This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Barbera. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully powerful single-varietal wine from Erbaluna. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the organically produced Barbera D'Alba Doc Superiore La Rosina is aged for several months in oak barrels. Once the wine is finished, the Barbera D'Alba Doc Superiore La Rosina is carefully harmonized.
