The elegant Barcelona Cava Brut Reserva Rosado from Spain is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Pinot Noir and Trepat. At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for Barcelona Cava Brut Reserva Rosado are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. Following the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and gently pressed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the cuvée has been put together, further aging follows on the basis of classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Vilarnau Barcelona Cava Brut Reserva Rosado matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
