Vinification of the Cantina di Soave Bardolino Veneto
The basis for the elegant Bardolino Veneto from Veneto are grapes from the Corvina, Molinara, Negrara and Rondinella varieties. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
