Der Barolo DOCG Proprietà von Fontanafredda zeigt sich im Glas in einem intensiven Granatrot mit rubinrotem Schimmer. Dabei entfalten sich die wunderbaren Aromen von roten Früchten und Veilchen.

Am Gaumen begeistert dieser Rotwein mit seinen seidigen Tanninen. Im langen Finale spiegeln sich die roten Früchte wider.

Vinifikation für den Barolo Proprietà

Der Vinifikationsprozeß für diesen Wein findet in Edelstahltanks statt. Am Ende der Fermentation bleibt der neue Wein für etwa einen Monat im Kontakt mit dem Traubentrester. Der Ausbau findet über einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren in großen Eichenholzfässern statt, gefolgt von einem weiteren Jahr Verfeinerung in der Flasche.
