The balanced Baron Nathaniel Pauillac from France is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Bordeaux. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sand, limestone and gravel. Of course, Baron Nathaniel Pauillac is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Pauillac. This Frenchman can be described in the best sense of the word as an Old World wine that is exceptionally impressive. When the perfect physiological ripeness is ensured, the grapes for Baron Nathaniel Pauillac are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective full harvesters. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Baron Nathaniel Pauillac can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 12 months....
