If you give it some air by swirling it, you can perceive a perfect balance in this red wine, because it does not stand out on the glass walls either watery or syrupy or liqueur-like. In the glass, this red wine from Bouchard Père & Fils presents aromas of mulberries, black currants, blackberries and blueberries, complemented by vanilla, black tea and gingerbread spice. On the palate, the Beaune du Château Pinot Noir Premier Cru Cote de Beaune from Bouchard Père & Fils opens wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. On the tongue, this well-balanced red wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. In the finish, this mature red wine from the wine-growing region of Burgundy finally inspires with considerable length. Again, hints of blueberry and mulberry appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by marl and limestone are added.
