The light-footed Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller from Triebaumer comes into the glass with a brilliant golden yellow color. This single-varietal Austrian wine flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of peach, pear, lemon and mirabelle plum. There are also hints of honey and eucalyptus.
The light-footed Triebaumer Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller reveals an incredibly fruity taste on the palate, which is of course due to its residual sweet profile. On the tongue, this light-footed dessert wine is characterized by an incredibly light and crisp texture. The Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller is impressively fresh and lively on the palate thanks to its present fruit acidity. The finish of this very mature dessert wine from the Burgenland wine-growing region, more precisely from Leithaberg / Neusiedlersee-Hügelland, is captivating with a good aftertaste.
Vinification of the Triebaumer Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller
The elegant Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller from Austria is a single-varietal wine made from the Gelber Muskateller grape variety. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller are harvested exclusively by hand without the use of stressful and less selective harvesters. After manual harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Beerenauslese Gelber Muskateller can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
