Vinification of the Beldosso Lugana from Masi Agricola
The balanced Beldosso Lugana from Italy is a single-varietal wine, organically produced from the Trebbiano grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the Beldosso Lugana is aged for several months in oak barriques.
