The finish of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region the Rhône Valley, more precisely from Côtes-du-Rhône, finally impresses with good reverberation. Vinification of the M. Chapoutier Belleruche blanc Côtes du Rhône
The basis for the powerful Belleruche blanc Côtes du Rhône from the Rhône Valley are grapes from the varieties Bourboulenc, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Viognier. In the Rhône Valley, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. The grapes for this white wine from France, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand . After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
