Belleruche Côtes-du-Rhône AOC 2019 - M. Chapoutier
The Belleruche Côtes-du-Rhône AOC by Maison M.Chapoutier is characterized by a radiant red to garnet color in the glass. On the nose, a bouquet of fruity aromas, reminiscent of cherry and dark berry fruit, accompanied by fine spices, full-bodied and elegant on the palate, of good structure, silky, well integrated tannins and a subtle peppery note in the reverberation.
Vinification of the Belleruche Côtes-du-Rhône by Maison M.Chapoutier
The Côtes-du-Rhône is one of the oldest wine-growing regions in France. Since 1937, it has been recognized as a place of origin, even if winegrowing can look back on more than two thousand years of history.
The Belleruche is produced from Grenache and Syrah. The vineyards for the red "Belleruche" are located in four municipalities along the Rhone Valley: Drome, Vaucluse, Gard and Ardèche, with different terroirs: the soils of the river, terraces of mud, clay and limestone to lend. The grapes are carefully selected, then fully stripped and fermented for an average of 15 days on the mash, which promotes the development of well-structured tannins and gives the wine stability and aging potential.
Food pairing for Côtes-du-Rhône AOC by M.Chapoutier
This dense, elegant red French wine goes well with light meat with roasted aromas, grilled, pasta with spicy sauces and hard cheese.
