More information

The first nose of Belleruche Rosé Côtes du Rhône reveals nuances of lemongrass, lemon and pomelo. The fruity parts of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.

This rosé from M. Chapoutier is the right choice for all wine lovers who like as little residual sweetness in their wine as possible. However, it never appears meager or brittle, but round and smooth. Balanced and complex, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Belleruche Rosé Côtes du Rhône is exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region the Rhône Valley finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of pomelo and lime appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by sand and loess are added.

Vinification of the Belleruche Rosé Côtes du Rhône by M. Chapoutier

The balanced Belleruche Rosé Côtes du Rhône from France is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah. In the Rhône Valley, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and loess. The grapes for this rosé wine from France are harvested exclusively by hand, at the time of optimal ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Belleruche Rosé Côtes du Rhône is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for 6 months....
