Vinification of the Bergerac Blanc Sec from Château les Fontenelles
The basis for the elegant Bergerac Blanc Sec from Bergerac are grapes from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
