The first nose of Bergerac Rosé shows of blueberries, blackcurrants and blackberries. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as even more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Château les Fontenelles Bergerac Rosé impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with only 6.3 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine beyond the 5-euro mark, this Frenchman naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced rosé wine is wonderfully crisp. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Bergerac Rosé is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Bergerac, more precisely from Bergerac, finally thrills with good reverberation.
Vinification of the Château les Fontenelles Bergerac Rosé
This balanced rosé wine from France is vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Bergerac Rosé is aged for several months in oak barrels.
Food recommendation for the Bergerac Rosé from Château les Fontenelles
