The Bergerac Rouge from Château les Fontenelles in Bergerac shows a dense, purple color in the glass. This French cuvée shows wonderfully expressive notes of plums, blueberries, guava and mango in the glass. These are joined by hints of cinnamon, vanilla and gingerbread spice.
This dry red wine from Château les Fontenelles is perfect for wine drinkers who like it absolutely dry. The Bergerac Rouge already comes quite close to this, it was vinified with just 0.1 grams of residual sugar. This dense red wine is full-bodied and multifaceted on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Bergerac Rouge presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this red wine from the Bergerac wine-growing region finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of pineapple and mango.
Vinification of Château les Fontenelles Bergerac Rouge

After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures.
