This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Colorino, Malvasia Nera, Sangiovese and Trebbiano grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small wood and large wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the powerful Bibbianaccio Toscana is matured for 24 months in French oak barrels.
