The elegant Biench Sui Lieviti M.F. Tappo Corona from Italy is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Sangiovese and Albana. In Emilia-Romagna, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
