More information
The Bisanzio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from the Abruzzo wine-growing region has a brilliant, shimmering raspberry-pink color in the glass. The bouquet of this rosé wine from Abruzzo delights with aromas of perfume rose, blueberry, lilac and jasmine, and it is precisely its fruity character that makes this wine so special.
This rosé from Citra Vini is ideal for all wine drinkers who like as little residual sweetness in their wine as possible. However, it is never harsh or brittle, which is by no means a matter of course for a wine in the entry-level range. On the palate, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly velvety texture. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, Bisanzio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is impressively fresh on the palate. On the finish, this storable rosé wine from the Abruzzo wine-growing region finally delights with good length. There are again hints of blackcurrant and violets.
Vinification of Citra Vini Bisanzio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo
The basis for the elegant Bisanzio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo from Abruzzo are grapes from the Montepulciano grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Bisanzio Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
