The finale of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Balearic Islands, more precisely from Mallorca VT, finally captivates with considerable reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the limestone-dominated soils.
Vinification of the Tianna Bocchoris Blanc Mallorca by Tianna Negre
This balanced white wine from Spain is cuvéed from the grape varieties Giró Ros, Prensal Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Balearic Islands. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. The grapes for this white wine from Spain are harvested, at the time of optimal ripeness, exclusively by hand . After the hand harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and gently broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and large wood at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Tianna Bocchoris Blanc Mallorca is aged for several months in French oak barrels.
