It was brought to the bottle with 7.2 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require a lot of residual sugar. Light-footed and multi-layered, this light rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Bodensee Spätburgunder Rosé reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the winery Markgraf von Baden Bodensee Spätburgunder Rosé
The basis for the elegant Bodensee Spätburgunder Rosé from Baden are grapes from the Spätburgunder grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
