The light-footed Bordeaux Rosé from Chateau Haut Mouleyre flows into the glass with brilliant strawberry pink. Poured into a white wine glass, this rosé wine from France presents wonderfully youthful and fragrant aromas of violet, mulberry, black cherry and plum, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this French naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need sugar. Light on its feet and multi-layered, this crisp rosé wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Bordeaux finally inspires with good length. Hints of blueberry and morello cherry are again evident.
Vinification of the Chateau Haut Mouleyre Bordeaux Rosé
The basis for the elegant Bordeaux Rosé from Bordeaux are grapes from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for Bordeaux Rosé are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Bordeaux Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
