Paolo Nardin, a trained oenologist, is now in his third generation and continues to carry on the legacy of his ancestors with courage, persistence and strength. Just as in 1922, when the winery was founded, the work of this winery is characterised by its vision: only by looking to the future and also by a bit of dreaming can we see how a winery will develop and how it can go its own way in an industry such as wine-growing. This is exactly what Borgo Molino does.
In the past it was more out of intuition, but nowadays the producers of Borgo Molino wines know fullest conviction that an excellent wine is the result of the special attention paid to the soil. At that time, as today, the work in the vineyards is therefore focused on understanding the different soil characteristics and climatic conditions, as well as meeting the needs of each vine in order to produce excellent fruit for even better wines. The result is superb red and white wines of a very special character - strong in character, well structured and strong.
