Vinification of the Bouvet Saphir Crémant
Like any good Crémant, the Saphir is made in classic bottle fermentation. After bottle fermentation, the cuvée of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc is aged for several months in Bouvet Ladubay's extensive cellars until the bottle is finally disgorged and the Saphir Brut is released to the market.
