In the glass, this white wine from Peter Mertes offers aromas of peaches, nectarines, apricots, vineyard peaches and mirabelles, complemented by other fruity nuances. The Bree Riesling can rightly be described as exceptionally fruit-driven and velvety, having been vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and multi-layered, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Bree Riesling presents itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of mirabelle plum and vineyard peach show.

Vinification of the Bree Riesling

The elegant Bree Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine, made from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Bree Riesling is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months. After the wine is finished, the Bree Riesling is carefully harmonized.
