Vinification of the Bree Riesling
The elegant Bree Riesling from Germany is a single-varietal wine, made from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Bree Riesling is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months. After the wine is finished, the Bree Riesling is carefully harmonized.
