The Bree Pinot Noir Rosé from Baden reveals a brilliant ruby red color in the wine glass. The light-footed Bree Pinot Noir Rosé presents us with an incredibly fruity taste on the tongue, which is not least due to its residual sweet profile. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Bree Pinot Noir Rosé flatters with a soft mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness. The final of this rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Baden finally thrills with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Bree Pinot Noir Rosé
The elegant Bree Pinot Noir Rosé from Germany is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled. After the wine is finished, the Bree Pinot Noir Rosé is carefully harmonized.

This German rosé wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to stir-fried vegetables with fish, coconut-lime fish curry or roasted trout with ginger pear.
